A Short History of the Chinese Restaurant

In Britain, Indian seems to be the most common "foreign food".
In the Netherlands, it's Turkish and Thai.
In Brazil, it's Japanese.

This clearly seems to follow immigration patterns. For some reason, Arabic food seems less prominent.

While Kebab is Turkish, Shoarma is Egyptian (ie Arab).
