guslI just bought the TC4400 on eBay, the same model as Dafna's (but probably different parameters).
Despite the fact that there was no auction (the price was fixed), I got a congratulations message (in Dutch), despite the fact that it's a Canada-US transaction.
I think this may be because eBay has some awkwardness transferring accounts between different branches, as though in each country it were a different company. I seem to recall some eBay awkwardness when I moved from Holland to Germany.
