Is having one sink for both kitchen and toilet a health hazard?

After some thinking, I don't see why it would be, especially.

How does your kitchen sink fit in your bathroom? I can't quite picture it.

The idea is to replace the bathroom sink with a kitchen sink... in the bathroom.

It should be fine as long as you don't cook in the toilet and you don't pee in the kitchen ;-)

It can be a problem, depending on what's disposed in each of them and how the pipes are configured. As far as health hazard, i've often heard that the kitchen sink is often more germ-ridden than the toilet.
