I moved one of my boxes by UPS; and found out that even if you're only transporting personal goods, even if there is no duty, UPS will charge you for "brokerage charges", as long as the commercial invoice goes over $200 per box. This happened because I valued my own goods at $424; and ended up with a charge of $24.75. I was lucky that UPS delivered despite the outstanding amount.
