I'm expecting my Internet to go down anytime now... it will probably be at least a week before I get home Internet again.

Why didn't they call my cell phone or send me a letter?
What happened is that they put everything under my landlord's name (despite the fact that they specifically agreed to bill *me*), so I didn't open the letters...

If you have cable: They bill the person who took care of the TV-cable subscription at that point, regardless of who requests the internet part.

I had the same thing happening: I got a cable-internet connection from Chello, but they billed my room-mate, since he registered the TV-cable when we first moved in.
