Of course she is. I am done with trying to overcome my instincts. I have tried starting relationships with girls who I liked *as people*, but my body would simply reject them. I think a platonic, touchless relationship would necessarily be the same as a friendship.
romantic love = friendship + intimate bodily actions (cuddling, kissing, sex, etc). Does anyone think otherwise?
I think so too, but some women don't like that (I'd find it very hard to get involved with such people). I'm also aware that this preference might be just a convenient way of rationalising my shyness & social clumsiness - using friendship as a steppingstone onto a relationship. Come to think of it, every girl I've been involved with has been a friend previously. This sometimes causes problems, like recently.
Nice hair by the way. You've gotten rid of the fluffy effect that almost prevented me from recognising you in Dublin :)

I totally understand. For me to be in a physical relationship of some sort, I have to be physically attracted to the person. It doesn't matter how cool they are, but if I am not physically attracted to the person, it isn't going to work. And If I do find them physically attractive but then they start irritating me, that doesn't work either.

Exactly. Guys I am physically attracted to: I have sex with. Guys I am not physically attracted to: they are friends of the platonic kind, not the kind that you have sex with!

I like this definition! The guys I have sex with, it is definitely not romantic--I may be super attracted to them and the sex is amazing, but, there really isn't a friendship, and I refuse to kiss them (we've discussed this before). Hence, no romance, and certainly not love!
