Solomonoff's "The Discovery of Algorithmic Probability"

Solomonoff's The Discovery of Algorithmic Probability (via fare) seems to articulate much in the way of my "radical" philosophical beliefs. I very much identify with Operationalism (maybe my coinage): "if you can't write something down in a way such that it's possible to logically check your reasoning step-by-step, then you don't really understand it".
