multiple monitors in Windows XP
Aug. 28th, 2009 01:36 pmI have an HP laptop, and it easily supports one extra monitor. I would like to add one more monitor, but there's no natural place to plug it in.
"Joining the Prestigious Three-Monitor Club" suggests using the Matrox TripleHead2Go, but it comes with a big caveat: Windows sees the 3 displays as one huge screen.
In order to deal with this, and to avoid the Large Display Paradox, I could use something like WinSplit or GridMove.
The other solution, SideCar, is way out of my price range.
