Tufts says yes

10 minutes ago I received a call from Prof. Blumer from Tufts CS telling me that I've been accepted to start an MS degree in the Spring. I can take up to two classes before then. I'm not sure if the offer is for part-time or full-time study or either. This could prove to be very important for my future, not just because of degrees, but also because it would secure my stay in the area, for a couple of years, anyway. comma comma comma comma period

Update: it's an offer for full-time study.

Do you mean that they're giving you tuition and a stipend in the spring and you're not taking two classes in the fall, or you're trying to renegotiate for tuition and a stipend?

I don't know if they are going to give me tuition at all, let alone a stipend. They just put me in a pool of candidates for a TAship (which pays both of the above). My chances of getting a TAship may be better in the spring than in the fall.
