Yesterday, Patrik, Suvi, Frederick and I went to Patrik's family's amazing island cottage. His parents picked us up by boat.

Summary:
* hiking in this exotic landscape
* wild strawberries
* sauna followed by cooling at the ocean (twice). It should go without saying that our clothing stayed behind.
* dinner / barbecue
* wine
* good conversation

happiness.

P.S.: their property doesn't have running water, so they use a well for drinking + rain water for washing dishes. But they *do* have wireless Internet. They obviously have their priorities straight.

yup. Only half an hour East of Helsinki, in Sipoo.

I wanna find it on Google Maps. No success yet. According to a Swedish-language map, the island is named "Södra Strömingsholmen", next to a smaller island named "Grytan" (South-East?) and strait "Grythålet". Another piece of land named "Märahol..."(truncated) (North-East?)

AFAICS that's how about 3/4 of Norway lives. They most definitely have their priorities straight.
