I would like to see del.icio.us host (or link to) discussions about the links... or let you chat with other people who are looking at a webpage the same time as you.

Sounds like a great way for content providers to get visitors to speak up. http://www.optimizelife.com/ receives thousands of visitors per year, but I know almost nothing about how they react to it.

Could I make a GWAP to quiz people on the contents of my site?

That's true. gus has been dead for many years now (I think since 2004). Killed by spam. I wonder why you thought it was alive.
