I am not really sure, since I am not really sure what it means. My guess, knowing you, is that you're saying you don't really care about surface characteristics, but it sounds like you could be a nudist or some sort of pervert.
I thought it sounded like nudist too. "Clothes? Oh! Clothes! Yeah, I suppose I could put some on. To tell you the truth, I just don't notice them a lot of the time."
