biofeedback for posture

I want a device that will prick me whenever I slouch, as a way to compensate for my brain's shortsighted discount factor. This should be fairly easy to make mechanically. Another requirement is that it should be easy to disable.

damnit, your post made me realize how ridiculously far I was slouching in my chair. I have told myself for years I'm going to start to sit up straight, but to no avail.
