Save a Life: Become a Passport Donor.

It's an artistic expression against the kicking out of 26 000 asylum-seekers, some of whom have children who speak nothing but Dutch. This persecution of foreigners is a recent and very strange phenomenon (do a search about the Pim Fortuyn phenomenon), given the famous Dutch tolerance. Many city governments even protested against the decision by refusing to collaborate with the national plan (over 3 years).

So can people actually donate passports? Somehow that sounds illegal. I remember hearing about the Pim Fortuyn stuff back when he was assassinated. I thought it was odd the second-in-command of his party was an immigrant from Ghana who said that the Netherlands has done all the immigration it could.

It's not legal. And not really done, AFAIK. The point is to make a political point. That's what I meant by "artistic expression".
