Two more events on this interesting day

guslThere was a fire in the bushes next to the parking lot. It was scary because the distance was very small. The fire dept arrived very soon and extinguished it safely.
My officemate Thelma went to Fleet branch across the street to deposit a check for $158.
Then she noticed that the deposit receipt read $5 555 555. Over 5 MILLION DOLLARS!!!
I told her that inaction was not wrong, but she went ahead and called them anyway. They said it wasn't a bug, but a typing mistake, and that they would have caught it today. Of course they said that. I would take a picture of her receipt and out it on my web space, but she refused because people would be able to figure out her balance that way.
