http://www.whototalkto.com/ sounds like an interesting alternative way to job-hunt. But I'm skeptical, since it doesn't address the fundamental information problem between job-seekers and job-givers. The talk about "inside scoop" sounds like an invitation to be dishonest. If you're looking to hire someone and your friend told you about a person they met on this site who is interested in the position, would this really give them better chances than someone who just sent you a resume / cover letter? If anything, I would be less likely to trust them, since they may have been given the "inside scoop".
