Can anyone recommend a Pittsburgh-based doctor for neck pain? Are chiropractors a good alternative?

If you are sure there are no broken bones (can be ruled out with x ray) I personally have found a chiropractor (who is Gonstead certified) to be a good alternative to Dr's.

Maybe I'll ask you the reference sometime. For now, I'm kinda skeptical, so I'm going the Physical Therapy route.
