Blind Date - Gustavo en Lonneke

Het verhaal de volgende morgen. Dit is wat Gustavo (26) en Lonneke (22) over hun Blind Date te vertellen hadden.

Gustavo, de volgende dag...

Hoe was het?
“Het was geen match. Het was wel leuk, maar er was geen aantrekkingskracht [I didn't use that word -GL]. Wat wel leuk was, is dat Lonneke heel eerlijk en direct is. Ze is niet bang om dingen te vertellen.”

Wat vertelde ze zoal?
“Eh, over muziek en de Ninja Turtles. We hadden het over mijn familie in Brazilië en Amerika; ik vertelde dat mijn broer Rafaël heet. Zo kwamen we op de Ninja Turtles en zij vertelde dat ze Donatello de leukste vindt, ik ook trouwens. Wat zij ook leuk vindt, zijn heuvels. Lonneke heeft geologie gestudeerd en heuvels vindt zij erg mooi. Haar doel in het leven is gelukkig zijn en gelukkig blijven.”

Lonneke, de volgende dag....

Hoe is de avond verlopen?

“Wij zijn twee mensen met totaal verschillende instellingen. “Eh ja, ik wilde er graag een stukje over schrijven voor mijn school, nou dat zal wel lukken! Ik was in ieder geval wel blij dat ik snel op date kon want ik moest dat verslag snel schrijven.” [this whole paragraph wasn't on the NL20 version: Lonneke told me her tape was unlistenable... but that was after the phone interview]

Dus... had onze latin boy ook nog een positieve kant?
“Hij is ongelofelijk intelligent en een bijzondere jongen. Hij is leuk voor intellectuele gesprekken. Ik wil vooral zeggen dat het een aardige gast is, maar de match viel me tegen. Ik ging er met de insteek heen dat ik een match wilde, maar misschien ben ik dan te romantisch ingesteld.”
