Those are my favorite kinda of maps! So cool!
There was a book called "the state of the world" which a bunch... but mine is outdated now.

Any idea what that kind of map is called? I want to search for more of them on the web.

Found it... It is called a "thematic map."

Oh... it turns out thematic map is any with other data. I still do not know what one where they use area to show data is called.
