Cool stuff on human bodies:
* object completion: completing the front of someone's body from just seeing their back
* reconstructing full body shape from mo-cap data, essentially making "synthetic full-body scans" a very cheap substitute for the real thing
* PCA on body shapes: note that gender was roughly the 4th principal component: see page 5 of this paper
