Amsterdammers: Ramonsky visit; cafe suggestions?

Alex Ramonsky is visiting Amsterdam on Thursday the 22nd. I'm going to have lunch with him. You are welcome to come along.
He's staying at the Dam.

Any suggestions about a cafe'? He prefers one where smoking is allowed, and close to the Dam.

If you have a website, I think you can make a reasonable estimate of your visitors' personality from the site log. If someone visits the site again *after* emailing you, it's probably more likely that they are "P" than "J".

Another test could be to say something extremely disagreeable in a page (the sort of thing that <1% of your visitors might agree with). I think that visitors who stay there long are more likely to be "T" and "P". Of course, one can't always measure how long someone stayed at a certain page.
