GuitarPlayer - What does contemporary music mean?
BarGirl - Just means that the composer is still alive.
Me - So what if the composer dies the night before a concert?
Me - You can't play it anymore!
Me - (stern voice) "Ladies and gentleman, let's take 30 minutes of silence".
(I do these short monologues more often than most people. Most of the time I set myself up for the joke unintentionally. The jokes come as I'm speaking and I laugh a couple of seconds before everyone.)
