Is Thomas Nagel related to Ernest Nagel? (They're both American Philosophers). The WikiPedia should say yes or no, but doesn't.

I once added a de-confusion note on Mark Ridley vs. Matt Ridley (both are British zoologists who write about evolution, born 2 years apart). Are they related?

I'm not really sure but I don't think so, though its possible given their ages. And though Ernest Nagel is for all intents and purposes an American, he was born in Prague.
