where did I see this:

People attribute themselves emotions based on their perception of their physical state.
i.e. people whose heartrate is high because of exercise will tend to think that they're nervous, if you ask them their present mood / emotional state.

I can't think of any good keywords to search this in the blogosphere.

"William James" - he famously wrote about this kind of body-to-mind causality over 100 years ago. (His most well known example was that the physical act of smiling can lead to the emotional state of happiness, rather than the causal chain always being the other way round.) Damasio holds a very similar position now.

I recommend searching for things written by and about them and their ideas, and using that to find technical terminology for further searches.
