Well, I almost didn't know it for a second there, too. I look at "thinkpalmtrees" and no bells rung; but my memory is pretty ineffectual, anyway (admittedly, nearly everyone thinks that of their own memory).

for some reason my hash table said: "Ana, Brazilian-American biologist from Boston" -> thinkpalmtrees
It failed the update process, even after it had succeeded before. This would never happen in a digital system, which is the kind of reason why I want to put my whole brain on a computer.
