This seems to be the original source, published back in 2009. I could not find information on sample sizes, or where he got the photos and nationality info.

I do not like how he lumped large sections of Africa together. It was probably harder to get pictures from there, but I think that Africa is a lot more genetically diverse than other places so the faces may also be very different based on region. In addition to that, when you have various conquered places that have borders drawn by someone else, you have a lot of diversity within a given political boundary. What would your average American woman look like?
