flight credit

guslI have US$923 in Lufthansa credit to spend before 2 June 2009. My default plan has been to go to CogSci in Amsterdam at the end of July, but right now that looks too expensive: 1962.60 USD.
Plus, I may be busy with my research here.
Any ideas? I'm thinking that an off-season trip to Europe is the only way this would work.

The cheapest flight to Amsterdam from YVR is $1219. From SEA it's $807.
This seems to violate the triangle inequality.
A bus ride to Seattle seems like a good idea anyway.
