citeseer; PDF search broken

I'm wondering whether there's a meaningful connection between MDL and VLMCs.

I decided look up the definition of VLMCs. So I did a Google search for "Variable-length Markov Chain" + "prefix code", which led me to this page:



To my surprise, this is citing Rissanen (the inventor of MDL!).

But going to the PDF, I cannot find Rissanen, or "prefix code".

What is wrong here?

UPDATE: Ok, "Rissanen" does appear in the references, but apparently the PDF is not searchable. A search for "the" returns empty.
