residence application

guslI have submitted my residence application. Since Marine Drive seems to have an awful noise problem (not to mention other disadvantages), I'm pretty set on not going there. This means that my #1, #2 and #3 choices are in Thunderbird.
My #1 choice is a studio, but that seems to be everyone else's #1 too. Hopefully, by starting on August 1, I have a decent shot at getting one.
My #2 choice is a 2BR apartment, but since I don't have a housemate on my application, they won't consider me for that.
My #3 choice is a 4BR apartment. But if it comes to that, I'll probably just go off campus.
I suppose I could have considered a 1BR apartment also. But that's probably too expensive. On the other hand, if I find a friend who wants to live in my living room... probably a bad idea, though.
