I have a cassette tape that is itself a recording from two Allan Block records: "Tell It To Me" and "Alive & Well & Fiddling". The quality is surprisingly high (as good as any cassette I've heard). But I worry that the quality will degrade over time, so I'd like to digitize it soon.

Does anyone have the equipment, knowledge and inclination to help me out?

This page has instructions, but I'm still missing:
* a cassette player
* a stereo patch cord
* a computer with a working mic port
