I'm officially looking for housemates to move in on June 1 and/or September 1. It's a very spacious 3BR apartment, and a 2-minute walk from the Giant Eagle on Murray. No smoking, no pets, no slobs (but no neat freaks, either), no loud people. We are otherwise pretty easygoing and tolerant people. Rent is $260 for the small room, $320 for the large room (utilities not included), negotiable if you take the small room.
