As part of my get-fit program, I'd like to do the following in Pittsburgh:

* play soccer, maybe other sports
* do some acrobatic dancing / body juggling / contact improv / etc.
* maybe some regular dancing: folk or swing dancing. Scottish dancing is easy and lots of fun. For swing, I would need lessons.
* possibly go to a gym

Any tips?
