staying cheap in Pittsburgh

My accomodation plans in Pittsburgh just fell through.

Do you know someone who could offer me one bed / couch for one night? I promise to ask no questions regarding your reasons for making the offer.

I am a non-smoking, quasi-straight-edge, apparently-non-snoring 27-year-old prospective-graduate-student. I was recently accepted into CMU's MS in Logic and Computation, and I'm visiting to figure out whether I will attend next year.

Alternatively, can you recommend a really cheap hotel?

You may contact the university. Sometimes there are ways to get guest housing for prospective students.
