I finally have a German mobile

I finally have a German mobile: +49 1520 421 6570 (it was the best out of 5 choices!)

It's a prepaid vodafone. Calling costs 39cpm. It could well be cheaper for me to use my Dutch SIM card, even if I have to pay for roaming. But at least other people here can call me cheaply, and receiving calls is free for me from now on.

I'd like to define a resource-bounded Kolmogorov Complexity modeling human cognition, as a way of measuring the memorableness of a phone number. I get the impression that numbers offered to people are less random than random.

I wish I could get an international toll-free number. I could route that number to whichever phone in any country I happen to be using. Currently it seems, I would have to set up a toll-free number in each country from which people might contact me.
