Aug. 5th, 2010 06:17 pmI have a thesis title! "Identification of gene modules using a generative model for relational data."
* I'd like to change "a generative model" to "generative models", because we're generating different types of data and eventually we'd like to extend the model.
* It is tempting to have "model-based clustering" somewhere but apparently this has misleading associations with mixture-of-Gaussians models.
