Constructed Languages

Is it possible to invent a human language which is:

(1) easy to learn
(2) fully expressive
(3) logical: free of linguistic ambiguity

how many of the above can you fulfill at the same time?

If you listen to Galician Radio, it's hard to deny that it's the same language as Portuguese. But this issue is very controversial.

I started using SoulSeek (thanks to cecils), and got a Galician song called "Portuguesiña". Turns out it's almost the same as an old Brazilian Carnival song, "Oh Jardineira".
