Zack Hickman's music party in Nahant

Went to Zack Hickman's Band Party in Nahant. Got back at sunrise. I had been expecting a jam party, but these were bands that had prepared their sets. We eventually got to play.

Played some awesome Beatles songs with Joe Mahoney. Like me, he knows all their recorded songs. We did a lot of White Album stuff, and almost covered the B side of "A Hard Day's Night". In the latter, I sang melody and Joe sang harmony.

The interesting fact of the night is that I played guitar-bass about as much as fiddle. Songs like "Yesterday" don't need fiddle, but certainly need a bass.

By the way, Nahant is a beautiful "island" off of Lynn, and they had a beautiful view.
