me too! It's more fun, and I'm more productive when I move in rhythms. It's automating processes in my brain.
For some reason, cognitive work needs to take its time, and is much more unpredictable. Which is why I can't think deeply when I dance (or maybe that's because thinking deeply requires my whole attention).
