Do light & sound machines work?
May. 20th, 2005 10:19 pmHere's a call to those of you with a talent for separating truth from bullshit:
Do light & sound machines work?
here's an article on Binaural beats
A plug for the OpenEEG Project seems appropriate.

I played pink noise, panning from left to right, in order to try to change my EEG. The strange effect I got was that I heard the sound of a whale (or something) coming from inside my head! Even though such a sound was not in the noise I was listening to. Not sure if it actually did anything to my brainwaves, though!
